Error message a friend gets
A friend of mine keeps getting the following message when he tries to use the forum. Can any one help him?

I'm not finding that account name. Is your friend sure that is the correct one?
If another moderator doesn't chime in, I will do some more thorough checking from my home computer this evening. I can access more stuff from it than I can on my work computer.

This can happen if the person made a mistake with the username or the email used to set up an account is bogus.

I checked. He never replied to his confirmation email.

Either he trashed it; it is in junk mail; or he used a bogus email address.

I did not put a Tennessee address, it has always been Arkansas. I think someone was trying to help and put in the Tennessee address.

His email address listed on his profile is correct, can another confirmation email be sent to that email address?

Seems like someone got there first.
