FRF app - Android

I found the FRF app in the 'store' and installed it. Just reading the description and it says nothing about being for android or i device. When I try to login, it fails... when I try to register, it says (rightly so) the email is registered. I wonder if I am getting the iphone app and not the right one. My phone is a Samsung sch-s738c running android 4.0.4. Any help out there?

If you're in the Google Play store, there is no way to mix up the iPhone app. The Google Android store only shows apps for it. (And vice versa in the iPhone App Store- it only has iOS apps.)

If you're getting a login failure, I'd recommend changing your password here on the FRF website to something you know it definitely is. Login with it on the web site to ensure that it works and then do the same from your phone.

You should have the right app. You would have to go to apple app store from apple device to get apple app. You should be prompted to log in using your credentials. I wish you luck

Also , try turning phone off and on again. Almost . Like rebooting your computer

When I install the app, it gives me one chance to login or register, the message doesn't say login failure it says...."security error.. user may not have permission to access this feature" any attempt to open the app, gives me the say message and does not allow logining in again. I have to uninstall and install to get to try again. I also noticed it says, 'pending approval (topic)' at the top.

Power down / up didn't help. Before calling for a login I see "Pending approval (topic)" at the top. It just doesn't like me.

I had the same issue when I first used the app. I got the security error, but then everything just worked.

I'm sorry you're having trouble. If it makes you feel any better, in testing this out I had exactly the same experience. We've contacted the developer.....
