The idea as I understand it is to advertise the Forum and your membership in it to others while camping or just driving down the road.
Some "fee based" camping clubs (like Motor Coach) provide a metal or plastic placard that clamps to the ladder or a sticker as part of your membership fee.
F.R.O.G has a logo already. Perhaps Iggy will take the ball with this.

I like the idea of making it so it attaches to the ladder - probably easy to install/remove.
No negatives so far.

House97 how about your DW? If that fails can you sit at her desk?

Great - I wonder if they could make one that attaches to the ladder - probably more expensive, but I would go for that.

No matter what, count us in.

Maybe have them as magnetic? But I guess cutting an 8X10 sheet magnet and using it as the backing to stick it to will work. Easy to change from RV to TV as the mood suits. And easy to remove when washing (I guess I'll have to do that SOMEtime).

That's what I was thinking. I think the idea is great!

Just a thought.

Great idea!

Good point - but I suspect in many cases, a separate plate holder would be necessary. Not saying it couldn't be done, but just a thought.

Yeah - great idea! I see you guys are from Canandaigua - I am from Henrietta. We were up there in April and toured some of the outstanding NY wineries (again) - brought some great stuff.
I remember when Canandaigua was famous for their apples - now I guess wine has taken top spot there.

Good question - I think that a couple of different styles of decal/placard would have to be available to suit the many variations needed - E.G. no ladder/ladder,permanent attachment/ removeable, different sizes, etc.
I hope we don't create a monster.

I have been sittn' back and copying the mail on this thread. There are some great ideas out there, and count me in on a sticker or 2 when the final decision is made.

If it's on the back of rv than other members won't be able to identify other members.

Well, back to a "larger" sticker for a sheet of Corplast and a Politico lawn sign.

Most places charge by the size of the order, number of colors, plus setup charges.

Another good point. Should we perhaps offer one (as an option) that is attached to a pole that could be displayed at the CG - similar to a flag or sign showing where the camper is from and his/her names that you see now?
