help joining forum

I am on a different site and was talking about the forum and I had one person come back to me with this ....

I have been trying to join this site but it keeps telling me it is not supported in tapatalk. I do not have tapatalk on my phone...I really would like to join this forum!

What can be done to fix this?

Maybe this person is not spelling the forum name correctly. The statement "it keeps telling me it is not supported in tapatalk" tells me something else is wrong... since our forum IS supported in Tapatalk. I use Tapatalk on my iPhone to access the forum.
