User name change
Unfortunately my Norton security system says that is unsafe and will not allow me to do it--geek stuff I don't get!! Is there any other way for you to help me do a reset; I don't necessarily care to keep my old password.

You can make this change yourself.
Get on the full site either on your computer or in a browser on your smart device.
Click User CP in the upper left corner.
Click Edit Your Details.
Page down to State/Province
and fix your state.
Now here's a critical step many members skip.
Click " Save Changes".
