WT, Not sure why it is an odd statement... but, I didn't realize you were a Site Team member; when you "spoke" in the third person; rather than saying "we are working on it". My confusion. I see the information at the bottom of the page, but there is so much stuff on a web page, I usually ignore most of it.

Is the site team going to let us know when its fixed?

Folks we are still looking at this issue. It doesn't affect every one and it's been tough to isolate the problem. Thanks for your patience.

Again for those having this issue please post up info about the circumstances under which you experienced it.

What device were you using?
What operating system?
Where you using a mobile app?
Is it the most current version?
What error message did you get?

Windows 8.1
No mobile.
Upload of file failed or webpage cannot be displayed.

Hi Janet,
I have more information: I can update my avatar and I can upload photos into my album, but not when trying to within a new post or when replying to an old post in any forum.

As I have already sent: I cannot post a picture on a PC one Windows 10 the other Windows 8.2 using Chrome, Firefox or IE; as well as I cannot upload via Alcatel Android using the FRF app.

Please note, just if you have a 3MB download speed from your ISP that only tells us half the story. What we really need to know is your max UPLOAD speed, since you are uploading files to us.

I have upped the amount of time the server will wait for your images to upload by a factor of 10 to see if the problem is that your uploads are timing out.

Please test again.

I clicked on the send button and 3 seconds later a pop up came up and said "upload failed"
I clicked send again and it went right through.

I'll try again and see if I can screen shot it.
