Internet Explorer issue vs MS Edge

I've just noticed that in Internet Explorer 11, the recent discussions section is NOT displaying any entries. However, if I switch over to Microsoft Edge on the same computer, the section displays normally. Anybody else noticing this???

I can't answer your question directly but I know that IE has issues, many issues.

You've got that right!! We quit using IE years ago and went to mainly Chrome which has its own quirks but is much better than IE. But now I'm liking Edge a lot so far. So I would say the OP should ditch IE

Try clearing explorer's temporary file cache and restart your computer.

Sometimes a stored page can become corrupted and will display broken rather than download the updated one from the web.

Ayup... toss them stale cookies!

Prefer chrome most of the time. I also prefer Linux but that is a different issue.

Dido on Firefox as a browser.
Smaller company attracts less hackers and it's free.

Ie

How are you accessing IE11? Try opening Edge first, go to the forum of choice, then open it using "Open in Internet Explorer" by using the options menu in Edge. Options are a drop down in the upper right corner. Works for me.

Is it possible that you have collapsed that section? There is a tiny arrow on the title Bar - try clicking

There is technically a way to do it but it's complicated and probably not worth your time or effort. You're probably better off simply using Chrome no matter which version of Windows you have.

Edge architecture is based on Windows 10, Internet Explorer is in bedded in Edge. You can use Internet Explorer from within Edge. My opinion Crome is the worst browser available.
