iPhone app

Administration, I am using the iPhone app and having trouble with sending and receiving Pm's. It is telling me that my box is full and Can not send or receive until some are defeated. I have deleted all that I see and know how. Do you know what might be the problem?

When you are in your inbox, have you tap-dragged the window down in order to reload the inbox?


Just touch anywhere on the white part of the screen, drag down until you see the spinning timer and release. This should update and reload your mailbox.






Let me know if this worked

Check to see if you have a bunch of sent messages saved. You may need to delete those as well.

Click on the title bar at the top, there is a little drop down next to the messages word.
