Memory Jogger Needed

I have recently noticed a large influx of traffic in my user controls, specifically the ignore list. Having been on this forum for a number of years, I have forgotten how some of the names earned the level of respect that landed them there. So my question is;
Is there a way I can add a note to each entry that could jog my failing memory?

Not that I am aware of. We would hope the ignore list would only have to be used very sparingly, and thus you would remember why.
