New member registration problem

Friend of mine is trying to register, but is getting this message.

That's odd. By chance did he try to enter the information? I know that it would be a long shot but was wondering if that would make a difference.

I went back to the register option and did not get the option to verify that you are a human. Is he using a computer or smart device?

He tried both

I got the same result when I tried

He said he entered everything, and hit register, and got the error saying I didn't do the human step

Disdad, if you can, get them to send you all the information and I will look into this and can manually register them. You can PM it to me.

I do not want a password, as I will set this myself, and let you know it, then once they log in they can reset their password to their own choosing.
