Try a different browser such as using Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox instead of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Guessing something went wrong with the settings in your browser so it doesn't display pictures correctly. OR you got some kind of weird virus.
Chrome = https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/
Firefox = Mozilla Firefox Web Browser
OR you came down with winter cabin fever from that thin air in Colorado and you need to go on a warm beach vacation pronto. Snow is a four letter word for me this time of year. Cmon spring!

Restart didn't help so I am just using Chrome. AND I LOVE MY IPAD MINI. worth every cent I paid.
