Please get rid of Listerine ad...LOUD!!!
Please get rid of the Listerine ad that is intermittently running now. Those of us who care to read the forum in silence are violated. Yes, I know I can turn my sound down or speakers off...but I shouldn't have to do so.
And please do not allow sound in ads at all...it is quite annoying.

Remember the ads you see are based on the places you go on the Internet. The sight has no control over it, it is run by Google and they track everything.

As stated above, we do not control the ads, they are based on your browsing history. Installing ad block plus should help eliminate the ads.

I believe the member is referring to sites that you can pay a fee to remove the ads. I am a member of some other forums like that.
FRF is not set up like that currently, so the ads are what pays the bills and keeps the site free.
Others have made suggestions that could alleviate the members problem, but it's ultimately up to the member as to what course of action they want to take that works the best for them...... and to the value they place on using the site here.
