Says my in box full but can't access PM's anywhere to delete any or all. Need help

If you are using the orange tapatalk FR app, then when you are at your list of private messages, hold your finger down on the message (don't tap it, just hold it down) for a second or so. The entire message will turn a light blue color. You can then tap the trashcan button in the right hand corner to trash it.

If you want to delete multiple messages, just hold your finger down on each message you want to delete for a second or so and the message will turn grey, then blue when you remove your finger. Make each message blue you want to delete, then tap the trash can.

I think the green FR app works the same as the tapatalk, but I've had issues with it displaying the private messages before. Is this possibly what you are encountering?

I went and checked my private messages using the green FR app, and they don't want to load. The Tapatalk app worked just fine though and the messages came up in short order. Here is a screenshot of what I got with the green app. It just hangs at the "loading" screen.

I also just tried the green , same result . Just got Pm and was able to read and respond. This is a lot different format for me, I'm trying to learn it
on the fly.....thanks for your help
