Post Picture In Reply?

I know, I know,wrong forum but I know I'll get a fast response from the resident geniuses here. I can attach a picture from my computer when I start a new thread. I wanted to post this picture as a reply to another post but I don't have the "Attachments" paperclip icon when I reply. Am I missing something, or how do I post a picture in a reply?
