I have been receiving the certificate message for quite a while now. I also find the site response has been very slow for some time as well.

There's nothing that we can do, that I'm aware of, that will disregard the embedded script other than turning off scripts all together. Which, in turn, would probably be worse off! :-)

Chris, Janet has forwarded your link to the programmers. The issue (as I understand it) is the Facebook Script comes from the Facebook programmers.
They are giving the Facebook people some time to come to grips with the problem. They said if it does not get resolved soon, they will disable the script.
I assume that since the "Powers That Be" are reluctant to turn off the misbehaved script, we have to generate money from it.
Keeping the site free is a good thing.

I get that when I try to upload several pix at once; if I do one at a time, no problem

I'm assuming Janet is the site admin. No worries from this end. I'm not sure where the FB integration is on this site... so I'm not sure why they'd need it. However, other than the dialog box being at the bottom, it doesn't bother me. :-) Just trying to help in the realm of my knowledge since I'm a noob to camping!

That is a "security token missing" error.
Very different than what is being covered here.
There is a maximum total upload limit (per post) that will give a security violation error if you try to exceed it. It is to prevent denial of service attacks on the forum (as I understand).

I put a post in the Forums and Admin section a few days ago about the ability to support the Forum on a voluntary basis, like I do as a Supporting Member on some eCigarette Forums that I frequent.
I, for one of many, have gotten so much out of this Forum that I'm embarrassed that I cannot help financially.

We ran this up the flagpole in the "backroom." So far no need to beg money from the membership as we have a LOT of activity on the forum ( ) and that results in good revenue from posted ads.
Just like a newspaper, circulation drives ad revenue. If costs exceed revenue that might one day change, but so far; so good.

Why do the ads sections often appear in Chinese? Are the certificate problems related and this problem related?
This is what I see"

For the past two weeks, ever since my computer updated automatically to IE10, I've been unable to post or send PMs. I've been getting messages saying that my posting is too short, and has to be at least two characters.
This morning I uninstalled IE10, and this is my first attempt to post since the uninstallation.

No idea... but if you are using windows you probably were just force fed a patch from MS that may have helped. I know I was
