Senior Member?

I just noticed I have "Senior Member" next to my name. How could that be, I'm still in my Freshman season?

Yup.

As noted this has entirely to do with your post count and nothing else. Over the years we have toyed with changing up these usertitles but never quite hit on a scheme for replacement title.

Currently we have:
Junior member
Member - 30 posts
Senior Member - 100 posts

We could do something like this:

Seeks Adventure - 10 posts
On the Road - 30 posts
Seasoned Camper - 100 posts
Master Camper - 500 posts
Adventure King - 1000 posts

Just learning - 10 posts
Packs Marshmallows - 50 posts
Brings Chocolate - 100 posts
Owns graham crackers - 500 posts
S'more Master - 1000 posts

etc....

if you have suggestions post them up

The only thing a high post count proves is that the person has alot more free time than others. Since it's meaningless anyways, why not let the the user make up their own title?

I note some folks DO have something different under their user names.

ependydad's says "Fulltime family RVer"

And Janet H's says "Site Team"

You always could, as that field is customizable via your control panel....and edit your details....custom user title

See 757Dave's title in the previous post.

timfromma, you can change it from the website. Go to the User CP -- Edit Your Details. In the area labeled "Custom User Title" under "Optional User Information", you can make it whatever you want it to be.
