Perhaps many people are unable to log on.
I had problems logging in on both computers but in my case it was user error.

OC had a problem but was able to clear it by resetting his router.

I had to login about 2am this morning, did so with no problem, I was still on about 1:00 this afternoon.

Change over was smoother than expected.

Problem is- with domain name (DNS) issues such as this, things are so wildly out of your control - you as a consumer and the server techs. The Internet is made up of dispersed machines - it's what makes it fault tolerant but also a hassle in its own right.

For people having issues, try restarting the device. Also try restarting your cable modem/router (the box that Verizon, Comcast or other gave you) by unplugging it, waiting a minute and plugging it back in.

I have tried all the above sugesstions.
I had a new password issued and my cell will not recognize the new password, the temp password issued nor the old password.
NEXT???
