Start new thread topic and not shown under NEW POSTS?

I have started a new topic and it doesn't show up when I click new posts. I do see it under recent discussions briefly. Even when I add a post, it doesn't appear when I click New Posts????

After a few minutes, I checked and I don't see this list in new post?

I just went to unread post on the Forest River app on my iPhone and here it is.

This is correct. New posts will not show "your" posts, as it's assumed you know what you posted. If someone else posts to your forum, then it will show up in new posts.

If you want to quickly see your posts (and are not on the app), you can use the dropdown box for "Quick Links" and select "your posts".

Hope this helps.

So if I post a new topic, will others see it under New Posts, under Recent Discussions or if the open up the Forester Forum?

Yes, to all.

As soon as you post:

It will show up in their "new posts", it will move to the top of recent discussions, and will be be at the top (and in bold print) of the Forester forum (or whatever subforum/topic you post in)...for the other members

I just posted a test post in one of your Forester topics. Since I posted it, it will show up in your new posts....unless you already went to it before reading this.

Working fine, thanks. Just couldn't figure out why I couldn't see it. If I signed out, it was there.

Simple explanation: New posts shows you all of your unread posts/threads. Since you were the one that posted it, the software marks it as read and doesn't show it in the list until there is another unread post in the thread..

Is there a way to see all un-answered posts?

Do you mean threads that have no replies to the opening post?

If so then the answer is yes. using the full site, click on the search dropdown box near the top of all pages on the menu bar. Now click the "advanced search" option.

Under the advanced parameters, change the "find threads with" option from 'at least' 0 replies, to 'at most' 0 replies.

Make sure the "show results as" is selected as threads....then go to the bottom and click the "search now" button.

You will get a list of all threads with zero replies.

You are welcome, and that's actually a great question that you asked. Hopefully, members who are unaware of this, can use this knowledge to seek out threads for fellow members who need help, and have yet to receive it.
