Unable to get Forum using tapatalk

Hello Forum administrators. I just purchased an android tablet and it cannot read the forum. The message to me is contact the forum administrators and advise them I cannot get the forum using tapatalk. Can anything be done about this. If not, what should I be using to read the forum ? Have you used tapatalk on other devices before. The reason I ask, is I'm making sure you have a tapatalk activated account and are signed in.

Also checking, that you are connected to wifi/cellular or such using your tablet, as you have to have internet access to connect.

Log in to your account first on IE or chrome and then it should work. I just had the same problem
