Unhappy VigLink problems

I use the FR app (green) on all my mobile devices.

This week, the hyperlinks within a post have quit working (on ALL devices using the app) and I get an error from VigLink that the request has an invalid API key. This happens on EVERY hyperlink. Chrome browser on all my desktop/laptops works just fine.

I understand VigLink is a link tracker/revenue generator but something appears broken.

Thanks in advance for looking at it.

Janet, I just tried this on my android phone (5.1) too. Getting the same error message using the green app as the members, but when clicking the exact same link (exact thread/post) with the tapatalk app, it's all good.

It's any hyperlink.

The first one I tried was to this one:

Still broken on mine testing with the link from the previous post. This also happens on other apps using this software and database.

Now this problem seems intermittent. Can someone let us know what is going on and if there is anything we can do on this end. It makes using the app very frustrating

Not intermittent for me... it happens EVERY time.

Right now it is working for me, but it has been intermittent over the past week or so. Perhaps it depends on which viglink server you happen to get?

Go to www.vigLink.com on your device. There you can disable and enable the vigLink. You will need to disable after each time you reboot your device. A quick fix to get around the forum using links.
