What is going on?
What has happened to this forum. The Xfinity popups come out of nowhere, cover half the area where the narrative is to the point that you can't even read the "post". I know $$$ make the forum available to us, however, when the ad's take over 3/4's of the "post" and make it unreadable, perhaps things are beyond reason! Just my humble opinion---for what it's worth!!!

I will report this to the tech support, and see if they can get it resolved as this doesn't sound normal (or correct). Thanks for letting us know. I am also going to move this thread to administration subforum.

I have banner ads for Little Kings on the side of mine and one banner for Chey Trucks on the top! Must be making some money to offset the board costs.

I know some of the ads are rollover and when you mouse moves over it opens up full screen and does so until you play the ad or close the page out.

Smile Ad Blocker "free" software may resolve the popup ad problem
You may wish to download/install a free software program called Ad Blocker Plus. This should keep pop up ads from taking over your browser screen.

Click the link above to access the Ad Blocker Plus web page. It allows you to download/install Ad Blocker Plus software for each browser that you are running on your computer.

Chances are good that "if" you get these types of pop up ads that take up a lot of your browser screen on one browser (e.g., Firefox) you probably get this same problem on another browser (Google Chrome).

I just logged in to the forum using my username and password and my browser is Chrome and there are no ads showing anywhere.
