Who do we contact when tech issues with this forum?

Who do I contact when experiencing what appears to be technical issue with the forum. Each time I log in the forum recognizes me displyaing the normal "Welcome, libslowmo1...." box in the upper right hand of the screen. I am able to move to the community forums but when I select a thread to view the next screen that appears is the "Welcome become a mbr its free just signup..." screen. The Welcome no longer is displayed and the "login" screen in the upper right is displayed. I press the back button on my i.e. explorer and I am returned to the previous screen and the "Welcome, libslowmo...." box is once again active in the upper right hand corner. Can someone direct me or provide and explanation?

While this might be a problem for the Help Desk (see the "contact us" on the menu at the bottom), you can try getting control of the browser by deleting all cached pages and cookies; then restarting the computer. If you are on a mobile APP, shut the phone off completely and restart it.

x2 site is doing weird things last couple of days
