A Typical Day at the Campsite

No two days are alike, but if I tried to describe a 'typical' day camping, it would be something like this:

Somewhere around 0600 - 0700: Up & at 'em & walk the puppy

Somewhere around 0730: Breakfast

Somewhere around 0900: Bike ride or hike (or both)

Somewhere around 1200: Lunch

Somewhere around 1300: Take a (hopefully scenic) drive

Somewhere around 1600 - 1800: Fish & maybe a nap on the bank

Somewhere around 1900: BBQ time - Fire up the grill/campfire

Somewhere around 2000: Pick some guitar around the fire & enjoy a glass of red vino with DW. Chat with neighbors etc...

Somewhere around 2200: Catch the evening news then put on some nice tunes and read myself to sleep...

Somewhere between 2300 & 2400: Get up & pee

Somewhere between 0200 & 0300: Get up & pee

Somewhere between 0400 & 0500: Get up & pee

Somewhere between 0600 & 0700: Pee & start over

And you good folks?

DW already gives me grief for having a single ~4AM visit to the great outdoors. If I was as frequent as you I'd need to get my own camper

That was the wifes nightly routine everytime we went camping (she does love her beer). That is why we switched from tent camping. I was tired of getting up and dressed four times a night.

Beer is good. Before we got the Surveyor 220 like yours, we had a bed that went ACROSS the front of the camper, so one person had to crawl over the other to get out. Be thankful, as I am, that the 220 lets you get up on opposite sides of the bed.

Yes the crawl-over is rough! I have notice that the wifes need to go varied in proportion to the distance that had to be walked. She never has to go at night now that I don't have to get up and walk her

On a serious note, you need to see a vet if you have to get up that often to pee.
