Have a great trip. We are put away for the winter with the TT parked on the south side of the barn and under its cover. By the end of next week we'll have 16 nights booked for April and May 2013.

Missouri Frogs

Wow, there are a lot more Missouri Frogs out here than I realized. Oakman and I love camping at a number of Missouri State Parks and COE campgrounds in Illinois and Missouri. Some informal gatherings would be fun.

There really aren't formal FROG chapters that I know of, just folks that share email addresses and phone numbers with others in their state so they can plan get togethers. Borders are for politicians, not FROGs.

It certainly doesn't have to be just FROGs in one state either, it could be a bi-state gathering or even a regional (midwest) gathering.

All of the above is correct. You never know when some OKIES might invade Missouri to be with good friends.

You meet some of the nicest people when camping. Even if they are from other states.

We stayed at Wakonda State park in late October and it was really beautiful. We live in Tennessee, but my husband grew up in Missouri and his folks live in SE Missouri so we visit there often. Since he retired recently, we hope to discover more of the Missouri parks. :-)
