It's Christmas Cookie time!

It's our 3rd camper Christmas and our second fulltiming. Cookies were always a holiday tradition for my wife and I and being in a camper doesn't change that. With a pizza stone and an oven thermometer make it all possible!

Love soft oatmeal cookies with a cold glass of milk. Just leave the raisins out for me - hate them.

Spreads the heat around the oven. Without it, we found that the bottom of stuff would burn before the top was done.

We are workamping but still in the process of cleaning out and selling our house which is about 30 minutes away from where we workamp. So I still have the house oven to use and that's what I used this year to do the 8 dozen sugar cookies the grankids decorated. Next year I will have only the oven (which I haven't mastered yet) or the small convection oven we have on a rack beside the island (which I DO NOT like). Thanks for being so encouraging to let me know it can be done in the oven. Got the pizza stones and will bake my cookies in the rv next year (cos hopefully the house will be sold!!)

You can do it! We just finished up our tradition of cinnamon rolls. This is our 4th camper Christmas and we've made them each year.
