Ya'll *do* know don'tcha, that you're not helping my hitch itch one bit?

That's ok though, we're OUTTA here come Friday evening (might do early Saturday mornin') headed for Lake of the Pines COE, in TX for a *long* weekend.

Haven't been out camping since Memorial Day (whimper). Gave 'er to the dealer for a month.....she's buffed, puffed, fluffed and ready to GEAUX!

Doodler, we'll honk the horn as we come through your area!

My kind of site, lots of shade, how did you like your trip? We have been thinking about this FL park and wondering what it was like. Looks great!

We had a great trip. Hot that time of year so the shade was welcome. We enjoy FL state parks and this one is one of our favorites. We go there at least once per season.

The park is rustic, which we like. Try to get in the loop closer to the springs. The springs are a blast.

The deer are very used to people camping there and come right up to the trailer looking for hand outs. That's really cool if you have kids. :-)

That was you?! You put some miles on that cart! Pretty unique ride.

We thought we would try Hidden Ridge for the first time last weekend. Pretty nice, but needs a few more trees IMO.
The park is very kid friendly. Wonderful pool.
One of my neighbors is in charge of the entertainment there.
