F150 4x4. It has the 5.4 Triton motor. Trailer tow package, with the 3.78 reared. I have added the Roadmaster Active Suspension springs on the rear, and have reprogramed the computer with the product that 5star sells. The retuning, moved my shift points higher, and locks out the OD when in the tow haul mode. If I don't use the cruise, I can run all day at about 2000 to 2500 rpms, at around 65 mph, and never change gears, except on a grade. The cruise, will have it working across 3 gears on slight bumps like overpasses, etc., but the tuner, got rid of the feeling like the tranny was searching for a gear sometimes, until it'd slam into the one it was looking for(did this pulling a 7k pound boat before the trailer).
The truck is adequate for the job, with the helper springs. I was so use to shifting before or at 2k not dragging anything, it took a bit to get use to winding it up to 3.5(it's getting into the power band there) when merging onto the interstate etc.. I'm good with it now. When it gears down, and the rpms climb, it'll gain speed on an uphill grade.
I'm at about 10 and a little, mpg.
The trailer dry, is 6344#'s on the yellow sticker. Its the 26WFKSS, but the overall length, is almost 30 feet. Husky Centerline WD hitch. A WD hitch, is a must with this trailer, IMHO.
