No campsite pics, yet but we got all set up at Chatfield State Park just north of Castle Rock Colorado. (it's been raining pretty hard since last night) here's the view to the reservoir and our two little beggars! Click image for larger version

We LOVE off season camping for this very reason. Watch a movie or two when raining and have the place to ourselves when the sun comes out!

I'm a group manager for my company and we're mission essential on a military base. We work 24/7/365 and work 12-hour shifts. Some can't do it but it works out great for our camping addiction since we work 2-on and 3-off. Our favorite days to head out are weekdays.

Now in Myrtle Beach. Just in time for the tropical storm. Lots of rain and strong wind, but then it passes and the sun comes out. This repeats all day. Gusts to 50 tonight and tomorrow-how nice!Click image for larger version

indybp57, Site 73 is a great site, up on the bluff, overlooking the lake. The only thing about those sites is if a storm rolls down the lake, make sure you roll up the awning, and put up lighter things.
