We will be in Branson next week, is the foliage turning yet? Now I want to do the golf cart tour. Is it a all day affair?

Just go to the parks reservation site and where it says location scroll down till you see tulibee falls. You'll love it there. How was the first trip with the new rv? Although it's only a few miles away bird lake campground is crappy.

Yes, the foliage is just beginning to turn. Don't know about the golf cart tour, but plan on taking it next week, too.

Wow, I think I need to stick to our little ferry on the Ohio River at Augusta KY. Just $5 each way. Of course it is a short ride and not quite as exciting...
Of course you can take the ferry across the James river near Jamestown VA for free. Later RJD

Lot sure has changed since I spent my honey moon there 52 years ago. In Oct . Fall foliage is beautiful this time of year. Looks like I need to go back. Later RJD

A very slight hint of color. The tour is self guided so you can take as long or short as you want. It's 2 1/2 mile. Maybe We took our time with plenty of pull offs for pics and we took about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Enjoyed the Bat Bar! 😊 MB

Hey, sorry I didn't catch this until just now. We ended up buying at the Hershey show from Keystone RV Mega Center (keystonervcenter.com). They are right on the Maryland boarder down 81, so about an hour.
We haven't had any issues with them so far.
We've heard a lot of people complain about Grumbines, but we bought our last unit from them and never had an issue with the service department. But that was before the building was redone and everything is Camping World now. Our warranty work was always handled promptly by them and fixed to our satisfaction.
That being said, I would never buy anything from their store. Camping World prices are just ridiculous.
I didn't have a chance to check out the prices in the store at Keystone, but I'm sure I'll end up back there at some point for a warranty issue.

Agreed. We drove our cart up the museum/lodge and checked out that area for a while, also. Items fun- but "cave tour" was a little misleading.
When we were there, people were swimming in the first watering hole. I think it's against the rules, but a worker drove by as they were fixing to jump in and didn't say anything.

And now, for some more campground pictures. First, an updated glamour shot of the camper since it was a little dark last night.
Panorama of the campers:
A panorama of the view:
And here's the view behind of the camper:
And then, there was this guy... raking? With a piece of fence and railroad timbers...?
