I think poplar and crosswinds open in march. We will check these sites out then

you better not wait too long to start looking for campsites at jordan lake. I have been looking since before xmas and many are already taken. That place goes quick and so does falls. I have a 36' trailer and there are many sites that will accept a big trailer. Not quite as many that will get you a big spot and room to go right to the boat. Look at poplar point loops g and h

You're in my spot, #27. I'd recognize the pump house across the lake anywhere.

Yeah but just think when it's 95 degrees and so humid you can't do anything.....

I live in East Amherst now. Its going to be frigid all weekend here. And that is one of the reasons my wife talked me into moving back to WNY, the heat and humidity in Hampton Rds Va was way to unbearable. Thinking of retiring to Georgia in a few years for good (maybe).

I can do heat and humidity. We did Orlando last summer and are planning on a longer time this coming one.
