Here is our group at our sites at Carowinds Camp Wilderness. We were camping there for our Club (The Coaster Crew) event for the new FURY 325 coaster. What an amazing coaster. From left our Club Members and their ROO 25BH, Me in my new ROO 183, and Club President in his Coachmen Sea Pine PUP.

That little microlite is surprisingly roomy (our cat was on this trip with us too so she was inside the whole time). Has been a great trailer that we can get in just about anywhere ... bummed that we are in old Florida motel next month instead of the TT for our long weekend but annual gatherings on the beach are annual gatherings on the beach ....

Been HOT here too. We do get a shower every day or so to keep the grass from dying.

Weatherman says a cold front is coming thru tomorrow and will lower temps down to the low to mid 90's.

At the Campground we are staying at I found a relic from years ago, a road that was flooded over from when the built the St. Lawrence Seaway. I waded out till water was up to my chest which was about 200 yds off shore. In the pictures what looks like rock is concrete on shore I could see some of the old pavement and a part with the white line still visible.

Shenandoah River State Park, Bentonville, VA

We had a great and very hot weekend at Shenandoah River State Park in Bentonville, Virginia. The campground is new and very nice. Trees are scarce so you get a lot of afternoon sun.

Is that your wood pile next to the fire? Planning on a campfire or 2?

So do we.

Three nights or longer and we get a rick. This was a four-night trip last fall:
