Here's what we see from our campsite at Cedar Mills Marina and Resort near Gordonville, Texas on Lake Texoma.

Bayview RV Park, Hannibal, MO.

It was only 10 minutes to downtown Hannibal and the Mark Twain sites. The owner was very proud of the fact that he had 160 sites, with 140 of them being permanent. Overall, the park was kept up well. Can't say the same for some of the "permanent" RVs. They only took checks or cash because "the nightly business wasn't worth taking cards".

The 20 or so nightly sites were all pull throughs, but they were very narrow and someone decided to strategically place trees at the corners of the sites. It made for some fun pulling in my 42 ft 5er.

I had to wait for my 2 neighbors to pull out on Sunday to have enough room to get a good pic of our site.

Looks like you had to be that far back just to get the length of that 5er in the picture.

Our first boondocking experience in our new Grey Wolf. We cheated a little bit and brought a generator along but didn't need it except for a couple of late afternoon hours. The temps were great for a long holiday weekend. Highs in the 80's lows in the 60's.

This is Wollum Horse Camp on the Buffalo National River near St. Joe, AR.

Riverview RV in Canby, Or.

We were there for two days three nights, several PP units scattered thru out the place some looked like they had been there for decades.

The PP parties had cars and PU's parked in the driveway making it hard for those pulling is for a short stay to maneuver into their site.

WIFI was real slow, like molasses in wintertime slow.

Staff was nice enough and there is a small strip mall nearby as well as a Fred Meyer store.
