Got in late Friday night and parked her in this tight spot in the dark, with an audience, and with crazy memorial day traffic parked everywhere around me. A little nervous at first with the front hitch bike rack loaded up. But I got it done in under 15 minutes. Thank goodness I've got my S maneuver down. ;-)

Hwy 281 RV Park in Bulverde, TX just outside of San Antonio. All the state parks were booked before we knew we could come but this little place ended up being GREAT!

We like it very much. Nice area, nice pool, friendly folks. I will say though.. For the first time I had one site that kept cutting through our site to get to where they were going. Just the one site, everyone else used the pathway.. Kept asking for them to use the trail and they just sneared. They were daily users, not TT members.. And looked like the proverbial trailer trash. Hope this is not a bad sign. But, I do not think so, been coming here for 10 years and always have a great time.
We are usually here a few times a year for weekend trips since they are so close to our home.

On the King Ranch they replace the PowerStroke badge with a Kin Ranch badge then put a sticker under it stating PowerStroke 6.7 B20 Capable

Stone Mountain, GA. We come here for Memorial Day every year. Messed up and didn't book until late, so got a pretty bad site. The view was nice, but it was very small and sloped. Still had a great time and even got out for 9 holes of golf with my 10-yr old daughter on Sunday morning.

Spent a wonderful 3 nights down in New Braunfels TX at the Rio Guadalupe RV Park. We stayed last year and the location is hard to beat. Had a wonderful time floating the river (no pictures sorry) with family and friends. Had two other families that brought down their RVs as well for a great time.
The kids talking to a gentleman that was camping by himself while his wife was in the hospital. What camping is all about.

Johnson's Shut In's and Rend Lake South Sandusky
Rend lake- We were the first campers to use this particular site now that the full hookups have been completed. Fresh black top and brand stinking new power poles. Also, when booking earlier in the year, I was able to snag the Electric only rate.....4 nights for about 60 bucks FHU! Downside, little to no grass around the pads and rain makes for a muddy mess.

I can see why! The kids had a ball!! Paddle boats, putt-putt, playgrounds, fishing, inflatable jump house, swimming pool and a tractor train ride made for an awesome Memorial Day Weekend!!
