Ramblin' Pines in Woodbine, MD. It's better than my site the last time I was here but still way too snug. Unfortunately they're 100% booked up on the weekends so I'm stuck writ what I got. (Which is a shame- there are some beautiful sites back in the campground.)

They have the strangest water hookups down Ina "pipe" in the ground. Mine had a welcoming committee of 3 frogs and a big ugly bug.

When we got here, it was just starting to rain in a pop-up storm cell. We opted to get the camper off of the road and head up to the game room.

It's good to be back in MD near our launch-town. We've gotten together with friends a couple of times. It'll be nice to spend 2 weeks here.

I saw that at a campground in the mountains one time. Guess it helps them keep it from freezing in the winter somehow? That was the only thing I could figure when I saw it.. It was weird.

That's my guess, also. I do know they stay open year round here in Maryland.

I do also like that they seemingly stopped charging for everything under the sun separately like the last time I was here. It looks like mini-golf, bounce pillow, etc. is now included in the price of camping (of course, it also went up $10/night from last time). I'd rather pay one flat fee than feel nickle-and-dimed.
