We moved on down the road to Lake City RV Resort (previously known as Oaks N' Pines). Not a bad place- a little highway noise and not a lot of amenities (no pool and no playground for kids). I'd probably stay here again. It had the nicest pool table and sticks that I've ever seen in a public place.
It's a little cozy, but looks cozier because I pulled in backwards to share a yard with friends.
Pulled into LazyDays campground today. We'll be here for 16 days and officially my longest stay ever at a campground (2 weeks was my previous record). We have a decent site on a cul de sac but parking was tricky because it was angled opposite to the approach and there wasn't quite enough space to make a full u-turn. I used an empty site to sort of make a 3-point turn. It actually went remarkably well. Gotta love my wife as a spotter and director. She makes me look good!
