IMO, it's one of the nicer ones. There are also river sites that are a bit more rustic. But are electric and water only.
My sister prefers the river. I prefer it up here. It's a pretty healthy hoof between the two.

I do the river in Circle M they pump you out for free, and I will usually flush my tanks on the way home, so not too bad. I also like Timothy Lake South, not a fan of the other PA ones as they are not level and very wooded, I like open sites.

Devils Fork State Park (Lake Jocassee) in the upstate of South Carolina.
This park is only about 25 miles from our house, so we head there for a short weekend when we don't have anything else going on. Did a little kayaking on Saturday. Had some HEAVY rain move through on Saturday night. Still a great trip.

Black Moshannon State Park, Phillipsburg, PA, site #12.
While sitting around the  just before 9:00pm, there was a loud crash. My wife asked me what I thought it was and I said a dumpster lid. when I walked the dog around 6:00 the next morning I discovered it was the entire dumpster. Both turned over, but we only heard the one crash. I talked with a couple of park staffers and they said they had no idea about this year, but last year a game camera was set up the captured photos of a black bear estimated to be 400 lbs.

Bald Eagle has several full hook-up sites, most of which are in the non-pet loop.
France Slocum has no sites with water or sewer.
Black Moshannon also has several full hook-up sites, again primarily in non-pet areas.
