I did not bother to take any of the site.. We are at the KOA Mackinaw City. Sites were mostly pull through and well shaded. But they are close together. It worked well for me, we were only here to sleep..

Will do, I'll make another post to spread the word. I am on the road on 75 in MI now so when we stop for the night I will try to get it if I have good cell service for the laptop.
Either way it is a beautiful area and we'll worth the trip.

This spectacular place is a COE campground on Wilson Lake in central Kansas. Our site E-18 offered breathtaking views. Was well worth the 7-mile deviation from our I-70 route. Two nights, $18 total with National Parks Senior Pass.

We tend to like COE campgrounds, along with state parks. Don't care for most RV parks, I like a more natural setting than they tend to have, usually.
