Way late posting my pics of Disney's Fort Wilderness this summer. Lol, life with 4 teens I suppose! Don't have many pics as it rained cats and dogs on our trip, but we still enjoyed the 1st 2 days. Day 3 with said teens was another story that ended with a broken awning and grilling in the rain...Click image for larger version

It was campsite 2041 and it was ok. Mostly private on the left side (where our camper opened out to), but pretty wide open on the right side. Neighbors in tent super close and very loud. Might go for one of the premium sites next time instead of tent sights. When it rained, there was standing water everywhere.

FYI for you youngsters a pager was an annoying black box that clipped to your belt and beeped until called back whoever activated it usually on a pay phone which is why you always carried a pocket full of change
One good thing when I was working took two weeks vacation to Lake Pomme De Terre Mo. Cabins I stayed at had no phones or TV. Only office had phone and I never gave it out for work. Now retired and could care less if I have any service for phone or wifi. later RJD

Our last trip this year was to Cowan Gap State Park in Pennsylvania over Columbus day weekend. We could hear the babbling brook behind us and we were totally cut off ( no phone service, no wifi). Was great. Click image for larger version

Gamble Rogers State Park, Flagler Beach, Florida

Very nice, wide sites on the river side. They have other sites on the ocean front. River access for fishing, kayaking, or boating. Nice sidewalks for riding your bike or walking where you can see the beach and Atlantic. Daytona is two beaches down, but this is the old Florida I have always loved.

Is that a Solo stove u have. Is it worth the money and space to carry it around camping. The have been marketing them like crazy and I like the way they look but is it worth it and does it just burn wood faster.
