I was able to bring in an few yards of 6A stone that was under the whole TT and then parked it on 2 x12's. Made it look a lot cleaner. I always wanted to skirt mine but never did.

We took our time to find the right CG. Too many catered to the weekenders. We didn't need the pools, activity director, and other 'toys'. We enjoy just being at the camper as we empty nesters and the kids don't come by much with grandchild. Enjoy the hunt for the right CG.

Our seasonal site is in an extremely popular area but our spot is actually at the far end of the campground away from weekenders and the pool/playground

We rarely hear anything even the weekend DJ

In fact, we hear comments all the time by those who happen to find us by making a hike down the lane to our section...usually like "wow we never knew these spots were back here!"

Being on a dead end drive helps keep out traffic and the owner is planning to build their new house at the end as well so it will be well policed

Which is exactly why we are still here 14 years later [emoji4]

We are leaning towards Holiday Park or Indigo Blue up by Traverse City, MI. Been to both and it all depends on the lot you can get. If I can get a lake lot it will be at Holiday Park. We plan to travel to Arizona and look around for our winter lot maybe Texas also. Don't know what state to register in yet. Thinking South Dakota. Don't want my pension taxed by Michigan.

Our seasonal RVResort opens April 15 and closes on October 15. This is Israel 3rd year as seasonal and are located close to the beach and our grand children. This year we traded in our motor home for a Forest River Villa Estate 395 Retreat. Looking forward to our new venture. Hope to learn a lot from you fellow RVers.

We jumped in and bought a trailer on a seasonal campground last year. Only had it for 2 weekends where it rained the whole time so did not really get a chance to enjoy it.
Looking so forward for camping season to start but with all this snow, who knows when that will be.

Thank you Crunchman. Now that Spring is here we are really getting anxious to start camping. One of my favorite things about being a seasonal is being able to stay until late on Sunday evening before having to head home to work. I teach so am lucky to have my summers off and weekends and holidays during the school year. Before we went seasonal I dreaded Sunday when you had to check out by 11. As others have said just drive to your RV and turn the key and relax is awesome.

Brought our camper to our seasonal site yesterday and spent our first night of the season! We had to clean our site because the owner has been under the weather so I didn't get a chance to final level it, but will get that done next weekend.

Hello from Wooster OH !! We have our seasonal at Charles Mill. This is our 2nd season and we're really anxious to get started. Planning to add a shed this year to store outside table & chairs. Thinking about adding a deck, still not sure about it.

I wasn't just looking at sheds online yesterday. Not sure about a deck, their rules are quite picky

Nice looking camp site. Seasonal is great. We stayed over night at ours in February and if the weather holds, open this weekend or next. Closed ours last November. We get so much use out of our RV with a seasonal site.

We decided to add a deck and a screen tent. Made the deck larger than the the tent but within the size limitations of our campground. The screen tent is 12 x 12. We added wooden steps into the camper with a landing at the top of the steps to make it easier to get in and out plus placed the steps on the deck to make it easier for us and to keep our feet clean before entering the camper. The deck was placed on sand and cement 'disks' to level the deck.
