Yep all included all we do not have are sewer hookups but we have a dump pit we just have to get the tote out and wheel it over there. ad it is only 30AMP hookups but I get by with careful planning in the mornings.

Seasonal camping thread

Ours is 5x that plus electric plus extra charge for honey wagon to pump out

Winter storage is also extra - we get water and a place to park - all upkeep, lawn, landscaping, cleanup is all at our expense

We have 50 amp service on a riverfront spot with a nonstop parade of canoes, kayaks and tubers every day / pure entertainment every day and 100 times better during hot holiday weekends ☀️

Season is 4/1 to 10/31 here in Ohio

I think we pay around 1800 + electric. That's for 30 amp service with no sewer. Honey wagon comes around once a week.

I know there is one CG up in Wisconsin that is up over $3000/year. I have family members that still camp there. My parents did when I was a kid but they simply got out-priced. It's a huge campground on a private lake and they have live bands every weekend, but that's still quite a lot of money.

we were in a campground that cost $2800.00 a year, everything included. a few years ago it was closed due to a lot of damage by hurricane sandy. luckily we were able to relocate to a nearby campground just a short distance away.....yearly rent.....$1850.00 a year but we pay our own electric and i've also installed my own Dish network....so far,it's been great. right in the heart of Chincoteague Island,Va.

That could be Pride of America Campground between Portage and Pardeeville,WI. Their seasonal rates run from $3050 to $3600 a year .
We pay $1850 a year which includes water and winter storage, our camper stays on our site all year. Campground includes a buried 300 gal. septic tank that's emptied twice a month as part of the rent. Electric is metered and we average about $30 a month. Campground is gated, some people use their campers as a base for deer hunting but have to bring their own water as campground water is off from Oct 15 - April 15.
