sharing a picture of our campground location
We went today for a walk at our campground on the St laurence river and took this picture. The campground is closed for the season but we went for a walk and decided to share this picture with all of you.

I cruised the St Lawrence this time of year in the late 60's. It gets very cold up there. Where were you?

This campground is located near Upper Canada Village. Actually it is a park of the St Laurence commission and it is called Nairne Island. It is on an island but there is a pass for the access road. It is a darling of a campground with aprx 35 spots. Super quiet. Miatared the park you mentioned at Sandbank is on the lake Ontario. It is part of the St Laurence seaway system. Here is a picture of this park in summer.
