I believe that same camper with those same dogs parked next to us in Illinois this summer. They were always on the dash, and there was 3 of them. Has to be them. What are the odds?

Our buddy will let out a quick bark indicating someone is outside. She's not a constant barker. Another issue is that some folks DON'T pick up after their puppy. That really burns me up. When I see them walking away, I quietly walk over an offer them a bag. Or another method..."Excuse me but the bags are to your right!"

They make a lot less noise then the kids at the campgrounds. I'm not a fan of barking dogs, have camped several times in NC!

LOL It is hilarious that you say that because I have a very short haired toy chihuahua, another short hair chihuahua and a min pin/chihuahua/weener whatever that thing is, hes too cute, only one really sheds and it isn't much when he does so we really don't have too many issues but I am also ocd about cleaning so I'm sure that helps. They run from one end to the other and back. I tell them all the time when we are outside that I will grill them like the hot dog size they are if they don't stop barking when someone walks by. The funny part is that all they want is that person to stop by and show some love.

I've never been kept awake all night by someone's kids. Can't say that about dogs. Plus, I was a kid once, so I'm kind of partial to them.

Above all they have to like to travel and be quiet and not bark all the time like my little one.

Pretty dog. Many call them apricots, but yours and ours are definitely reds.

even with her broken foot we think she is wonderful. She is a great traveler. She has been in 37 states and 4 Canadian Provinces.
Cindy rules our lives, as most loved dogs do.

Tom & Renee ... That makes me sad for her. I hope she heals well and is good as new real soon.

Actually she broke her foot almost 2 years ago. Although the broken bones did not heal, it does not cause her any issues. She still runs and jumps and has a great quality of life. She is almost 4 now, so being a youngish dog helps. She is a real charmer and we love her.
