Thought I'd just leave this right here.

I'm sitting alone in the living room with the tree all fixed up. Just finished wrapping a few presents. My sweet daughter Dana is sharing all her new Christmas music with me and it is delightful. I am more content and at peace at this moment than I have been in years.

But the road calls to me. The urge to go out to a quiet park some where and watch Orion rise above the campfire until it takes up the whole eastern sky. All the while listening to Dana's Christmas tunes.

I just wish I could go.

Very Merry Christmas to all my old friends here on FRF.

I can identify with the urge to wander and miss the smell of the campfire and the outdoors.....

Merry Christmas to you, and all of the FR Fam here!

I really understand where you are coming from. Our motorhome has been parked since our return from the Alabama FROG Rally 26 Oct, on 28 Oct I had a total knee replacement, I am past ready to go out.

Merry Christmas and Happy Trails

Snow willing, we are pulling out the day after Christmas from Chicago to Phoenix. I'm watching the World weather map APP for possible snow 9 days out in Des Moines, Kansas City, Wichita and down into New Mexico...with my fingers crossed.
Haven't stayed in the TT now for 3 months and we miss it.
Merry Christmas to All and a Grand New Year!

We're in-between RVs right now and I'm not happy about it! But as the old saying goes "this too shall pass". I am happy I have my wife and family close and everyone is getting excited about Christmas. Be safe out there my friends and have a very merry Christmas and a Happy New New Year.
