Why aren't FR and other RV manufacturers making RVs with residential propane fridges?

There are residential full size propane refrigerators that are just as good as regular compressor ran residential fridges. My uncle had one that worked great and I would have never known it was propane ran had he not told me.

I get that the new thing is to have the big residential fridge, but why aren't they using the propane powered ones so you can still boondock?

I would imagine price might have something to do with it

Our new park model has a residential refrigerator which is ok with us since we will never boondock. In our other motor home it was necessary to have propane/electric refrigerator for when we were on the road and I am happy it always functioned and did not have to be replaced or fixed. As spock123 said price may have something to do with it.
