Exclamation 2011 Salem 29qbds Picked out question

Hello all this is our First RV, we picked it out today and finalize things on monday/tuesday.

I have a concern. the Unit was on the lot for approx 380 days, i feel that we got a good price on it. but the questionable area is where the window is on the first slide out, some caulk was completely missing, for about 2 to 4 ribs of the siding, it was towards the right side of the window near the bottom.

Should we be weary of this as far as nearly 400days of possible water damage while on the lot in central florida?

i also notice some the caulking areas had clear caulk and some had white caulk, is this also a concern?

is there a way to check to see if water damage has aready started?

is there any thing else i should quadruple check on this TT before we finalize?

please get back to us soon as possible, thank you kindly!!
