2015 grey wolf 17bh

Could use some help if anyone can find info or just purchased. I am seriously considering a 17 bh, however the one on this lot, does not have the following.

pull out faucet
outside shower
oven
might be other options I am missing, but ones that glare out at me and my wife, so if ya notice some others please let us know, especially owners of this model.

MSRP, would like to know the cost of these, to try to take into the finance manager. Something isn't adding up, as I looked at others on the web and pictures.

would like to know what these options cost on MSRP
here are the pics, of the one I am looking at
Grey Wolf 2015 17BH

if any other owners of the 17 bh, could chime in, or if someone has info on this
their MSRP is, 23,887
thanks for the help

YOu get a cabinet instead of the oven..do you need an oven (and it's small remember). We dont' have an oven in our Grey Wolf and don't miss it. Love the big cabinet though.

have the pull out faucet..dont' have one in the house so not sure if I care. I put a spraye on the home sink last time i did the faucet...dont' use it either. Personal preference i guess. Never had a spray head but 1 or 2 times in my life (in apartments) and it never worked anyway.

outside shower...again, what for? If you have muddy kids or want to wash off beach sand, great idea. I would like an outside hand washing station for after dumping my tanks...

the big things we noticed on our unit was no drawers (just blanked off spaces) and no light switches on the walls, only on the fixtures on the ceiling. (kids found that out the first night they needed to pee at 3 am and had no way to turn on lights!)

We bought a unit from a show - it came with what it came with. Things I learned:
power awning is GREAT - it's self damping so wind isn't an issue.
teh rack on the back of the unit is great too- bikes, firewood, coolers, etc.
we have the very basic water heater - gas only and you gotta light it...and the pilot goes out if there is a breeze or rain. sucks.

no, don't need em, but that's not the point, comparing apples to apples with other stickers and dealers. Just don't want charged for em, or basically telling me what the actual MSRP is, telling me what a great deal I am getting that's ,when others are selling at same price WITH the options.
thanks.

our dealer had a 'window sticker' or 'invoice' that listed each item and it's cost just like on a new car.
I would assume all dealers have this or can get it - if they won't then, well, I'd not trust them too far.
