2016 Flagstaff 831RESS atrium windows

We ordered this RV in early June with the dinette/atrium windows option. When it arrived 2 weeks ago we noticed the day after delivery that it had the dinette but not the atrium windows. We called the dealer who has contacted the FR rep. The rep said this window option was discontinued. I found the same configuration in other dealer ads with the atrium windows. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Sounds like it was discontinued but the brochure not changed. Happens a lot. Later RJD

This statement is at bottom of brochure:

"All specifications contained herein are based on the latest product information at time of
printing. Forest River reserves the right to make changes in colors, materials, equipment
and specifications at any time without notice and assumes no responsibility for any
errors in this brochure. Litho. U.S.A. W: 2015.03.12"


If you paid extra for the Atrium window option, then I would at least ask for a refund from your dealer.

I just sent an email to our local sales guy, Forest River sales and to me (so I don't forget) about this. Funny thing is I just noticed the date mentioned concerning the online brochure which also did not mention the new colors fabric etc. called Monarch which we ordered after seeing a 2016 trailer with it.

Now I'm really worried. Hide and watch!

They have lots of Diamond trailers, but, I want Platinum. May have to kill this deal and loose $2700 we put down.

My order form filled out at the dealer, by them Aug. 15 says option 10-702-1 for free standing table/chairs with atrium windows in plain English.

No wonder I haven't heard from anyone except the down payment cleared and they got paid.

Told by the factory that the atrium windows are no longer an option. Replaced by a large "Vista" window. You might want to have the sales rep verify the windows.

I will beat their site to death since it is a holiday and they are all hiding.

Email is waiting for local and factory guy when they come in. I'll follow up with phone call to factory folk.... first.

Did they give any description of it to you and are you satisfied with what you got? There are few days when it is nice and I'd sure like to have fresh air if and when I can. I can stay home for A/C much cheaper.

Here's what you get for "Atrium Windows". It looks like a smaller version of what we are trading out of.

It took this long to get an answer to what a Vista Window was. Now: I don't care what the fine print says on the brochure. Can't the sales people be told what is no longer being built?

I have a bridge that used to be over the Themes for sale. Same thing!
