2017 starcraft satellite 18ds

I’m looking to make my first RV purchase.
I’ve been looking & seem to keep coming back to the Starcraft.
The final price I seem to be getting is $13k out the door.
Is this a good price or should I look elsewhere at something different?
Thank You in advance

Well, since that is a Starcraft product and not a Forest River product, not sure anyone can say on that model.

But the standard answer would be at least 30% off of MSRP.

See, that shows how much I know.
The salesman told me the parent company for Starcraft was forest river.

I’m sorry! You can delete my thread. I apologize

Starcraft's parent company has been Jayco for years but Jayco was recently acquired by Thor Industries. Thor is the largest RV company in the world. FR is second.

I'd worry about that salesman, to be that wrong.

No need to delete your posts. Anyone is welcome and you don't need to have a FR product. Most RVs share the same components, no matter the manufacturer.
We have a number of SOB owners here.(Some Other Brand)

I was only letting you know that your specific questions might not get answered, since it's about a Starcraft price.

Starcraft was basically a Jayco; which were built pretty good (all plywood and the roofs were quite solid). If they are still built the same, they are fairly decent quality, as RVs go anyway.
