Additional Travel Trailer Surveyor SV-291

DW and I are looking into buying an additional TT for our adult kids and their families to use.
We have found a '2003 Surveyor SV-291. We like the floor plan and find the overall condition very good for a 10 year old rig. Also, the price seems OK.
I would appreciate any input from the Forum about past experience with this model and suggestions what to look for that may be specific.
Any and all input would be appreciated even if its " run like h..., and don't look back".

Biggest concern I would have is that all the appliances work like there supposed to and the roof is solid with NO SIGNS of ever leaking.

Just imo
