Advice on fair offer for 2015 Coachmen Freedom Express 282BHDS

I am looking at a 2015 Coachmen Freedom Express 282BHDS for sale by owner.

This would be our first full size travel trailer. Our first trailer was a 2013 Flagstaff HW27KS pup we got used from family 2 years ago. So this would be a large upgrade.

It has a manufacture date of 4/28/14. It is on it's 2nd owner currently. Purchased and used originally in East Texas, now it is in South Texas. Non-smoker.

It appears to be in very good condition, with very minimal wear.

*LED interior lights (factory)

Owner was originally asking $18,500 3 months ago.

Now he is asking $17,500.

What is a fair private party sales price for this type of trailer?

I like the fact it has the Azdel panels and aluminum wall framing. The floor plan works well because the bottom bunk is low enough to the ground to provide good headroom.
